MyLifePlan app for iPhone and iPad

MyLifePlan presents a guided method for preparing for one’s upcoming life services planning meeting. It is a person-centered approach to help a person think about the important things in his or her life. MyLifePlan goes through many aspects of one’s life for which a person can determine his/her degree of satisfaction. The individual can then decide if that information should be “worked on” and/or “shared at his/her meeting.” From there, an agenda is created. An administrator can modify the list of items for consideration, and may also generate a PDF report of the responses.
